The BBS is accessible via HTTP from any system running a Frames capable browser.
We recommend Microsoft's Internet Explorer 5.0 for use on the BBS because we are familiar with it and can answer basic questions.
The FTP protocol is also available for use with any standard FTP client.
The graphics files are stored in MacBinary format, and the Text files are stored as raw text. Mac users can download, and use the files with no changes.
*PC users will need to install Aladdin System's "Stuffit Expander", a free utility available in our "Tools" area, to un-encode the Mac native graphics files.
To login to the BBS, you must first have a valid User Name and Password. For current users, the login information is the same on the old and new BBS systems.
New users will receive this information upon subscribing to the BBS delivery service.
Click Login in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Enter User Name and Password when prompted.
Select desired Feature Category.
Select Feature.
Files are listed in tabular format, sorted by date. The most recently uploaded files are at the top of the list.
Click on the file to download it to your computer.

2. For fast access to an individual Feature, add a bookmark in your browser while you are in
the Feature's folder. Be sure to re-name the bookmark with the Feature's name. This will allow you to bypass the initial Login page and go directly to the
download area.
If your client has a "Host Type" designation, select "Windows NT".
Enter your User Name and Password information.
Set the default directory to "/".
Log the client in.
Enter the folder of the desired Feature Category .
Enter the folder of the desired Feature.
Download the files to your computer.
Most FTP clients will allow you to sort the list of files ascending or descending by the file name and/or date. Be sure you have the list sorted properly to find the files you need.
